What rental income can I expect?
We will provide you with the weekly income rate based on your property specifically after we have assessed your property size, bedrooms, etc. To ensure you receive a good income rate throughout the year, the rate differs between seasons during the year, guaranteeing a higher income throughout the high season, with all schedules reviewed on an annual basis. All accommodation properties (apartments, semi detached houses and individual villas) are at their highest demand during these summer months where you can expect to be fully booked. As properties are at such a high demand, we will provide you with the highest agreed rental income. We believe our rates are the most competitive at Roda Golf Resort giving us total confidence that the annual rental income you receive will beat all other deals.

What type of property is best for letting?
Regarding which property type is best for letting at Roda Golf Resort, the simple answer is they are all greatly ideal for letting. Whether you own an apartment, semi-detached house or an individual villa; we guarantee a good income return to owners. The income rate is agreed prior to the start of any rental of your property where the income rate is based upon many differentiating factors at each property. This includes the number of bedrooms, type of property, equipment featured and the standard of furnishing within. As Roda Golf Resort is elegantly maintained and presented, we believe guests at Roda should be treated to the same high standard accommodation. Tourists staying at Roda will be able to receive discounted golf rate by booking through us directly for both green fees and the PGA academy. On an annual basis we will help maximise your income levels by carrying out an annual quality inspection of your property. This will hopefully point you in the right direction of how to increase your income.

How many weeks rental can I expect?
To receive a high amount of rental income throughout the year, we recommend that your Roda apartment, semi-detached house or individual villa is widely available. You can of course block out dates you do not wish to rent by contacting us in advance. The high season results in high demand. Roda accommodation is quickly filled with bookings, leaving you with a high amount of rental income. We always give priority to property owners at Roda whenever we receive a holiday enquiry or booking to this golf resort. Giving priority will also boost rental income throughout the year.

Can you guarantee me a fixed income each year?
We are able to provide all property owners with various flexible rental packages to suit any specific requirements. These rental packages have been designed to meet all of our clients preferences to guarantee a simple guaranteed rental income. Please discuss any requirements you may have with us directly to find the best package for you.

When will I be paid?
You will receive the agreed rental income for the current season (low, mid and high) from the scheduled weekly pay. Within 30 days of the close of the month in which the guests arrive at your property you shall receive full payment.

How much does it Cost?
Our service is totally free of charge with no hidden fees. We simply want to increase your rental bookings by using our holiday customers to maximise your annual profit to an all time high.

What am I responsible for?
We only ask you to guarantee and follow a few requirements during Roda accommodation rental. You will need to make certain that the management company will provide the required services listed below for each and every stay at your Roda property:

A basic food pack consisting of orange juice, coffee, tea, bread, milk, butter, jam, sugar and bottled water as standard. You can of course add to the food pack if you wish.
A weekly maid linen service. (Guests staying for 10 to 13 nights are entitled to a mid-stay change of linen and towels)
Electricity, gas, water, your management company services, garden/pool maintenance.

What happens if the guest cancels the holiday?
If however a guest decides to cancel their booking made through us, we will provide you with compensation wherever possible. If we are unable to re-let your Roda property, we will guarantee you receive the appropriate refund to compensate any loss of bookings from the payment scheme listed below:

56 days prior to arrival 100 per week,
35-55 days prior to arrival 25% of the agreed rental income,
21-34 days prior to arrival 50% of the agreed rental income,
14-20 days prior to arrival 75% of the agreed rental income,
0-13 days prior to arrival 100% of the agreed rental income.

Can I let my property privately?
If you wish to block out a rental period out of the calendar for any time during the year, you are able to do so. We endeavour to inform you as soon as possible of any booking made with your Roda Golf accommodation. We require you to check with us directly for the current availability prior as bookings can change on a regular basis.

What Management Company must I use?
We do not insist on changing your current management company or choose a certain company. You are free to use any on-site management company you wish to use. We have excellent working relationships with the Roda Resort management companies. What we do ask from you, is if you decide to change management company, please inform us of the change immediately as we may have to inform guests who have booked to stay in your Roda accommodation.

How does the Roda Rentals Owners Service Work?
Firstly we will inform you of the relevant dates to let your on-site management company know when a booking has been made on your property. It is your responsibility to make certain they reserve the property and that it is prepared / cleaned in time for the guests arrival at Roda Golf Resort. We are only able to supply you with flight details, the amount of guests staying and any extras that has been ordered directly to you. We ask guests to pay your management company directly for any late bookings to accelerate the process for you.
